When your coverage ends
Coverage under the company’s group dental insurance plan will end on the last day of the month in which your employment ends. For example, if your last day is June 3, your dental coverage for you and your eligible dependents will remain in force until June 30. Premium deductions will be made from any pay received for the remainder of the month.
