W-2 FAQ
Security
Is ADP Secure?
Yes, ADP, Inc. is a trusted and data security-focused provider of HR, payroll, talent, time, tax, and benefits administration, serving hundreds of thousands of organizations over ADP's 65 year history. For information regarding data security and the specific safeguards employed by ADP, please see ADP's Data Security and Privacy at ADP webpage.
Why am I being asked for my Social Security Number and Finish Line Employee Number?
Both pieces of information are necessary in order to safeguard and verify your identity. Requiring both pieces of information reduces the possibility of an unauthorized person opting in to this program and intercepting your W-2.

If I register for online access to my W-2, will I still receive it in the mail?
No. Employees who register or who have registered in previous tax years will not receive the W-2 in the mail. Registered employees will be able to view previous W-2 forms and print additional copies at a later date, if needed.
I missed the registration deadline and did not receive my W-2 in the mail. Will Finish Line email or fax my W-2 information so I can file my taxes on time?
No. Finish Line nor ADP will send W-2 information via email or fax. (Again, this is another reason we encourage online registration.) Employees must contact ADP directly at 1-800-422-9410 to request additional mailings.
Will I be able to access my W-2 information if I am no longer employed by Finish Line?
Yes. Workday access is terminated 60 days from the date of separation, but former employees will still be able to access the W-2 information on the ADP portal if registered for online W-2 access.
