Short and Long Term Disability (STD and LTD)

Coverage ends at midnight on the last day of employment. Premium deductions will apply through the pay period that includes the employee’s last day of employment. Employees cannot convert the group STD and/or LTD to an individual policy.

Executive Long Term Disability (LTD)

Coverage ends at midnight on the last day of employment. You may apply to convert this coverage to individual policies for yourself within 60 days of your coverage termination date. You will be responsible for paying the entire premium to Standard Insurance to keep this coverage in force. Participants will receive information from Standard Insurance regarding converting this coverage or you can contact Standard Insurance directly at the number below.
